Report COVID-19 absences

Report a COVID-19-related absences online with any digital device. You no longer need to call your school. 

 

When should I submit a COVID-19 absence report?

  • The student or employee has tested positive for COVID.
  • The student or employee has COVID symptoms and has either not been tested or is awaiting test results.
  • The student or employee has been a close contact within the last 10 days to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, and as a result will quarantine five to ten days.

Note:

  • If you have been a close contact within the last 10 days to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, visit the Georgia Department of Public Health Quarantine Guidance. to determine if quarantine is recommended or required. This will depend on if you are up-to-date with vaccination.
  • If you are unable to report your absence online, which is preferred, you may contact your school.
